DESCRIPTION:Join us November 16th\, 2025 from 11am to 4pm for our first Northern Woods Arts Holiday Show\, graciously hosted at the Medallion Opera House in Gorham!  To be a participating vendor\, please fill out the form below.  Free to attend\, vendor booth fee will be $25 which 100% of the profits will go to the Medallion in the form of a donation to their wonderful organization! \nFestival RegistrationName *PhoneEmail Address *Art MediumThis agreement is made between Matt Wheeler for Northern Woods Arts\, whose legal mailing address is 3 Elm St\, Gorham NH 03581\, herein referred to as the “Lessor”\, and the artist\, herein referred to as the “Lessee”. Lessor hereby leases to lessee and lessee hereby hires the space presently known as: Display Booth Space within The Medallion Opera House. The space is located at the Medallion Opera House\, Railroad St\, Gorham\, NH 03581\, referred to below as the building. The space being leased is approximately 100 square feet. The space is leased for a term of 5 hours\, to commence at 11:00am 11/16/2025 and to continue until 4:00pm 11/16/2025. The cost of this space will be $25 Lessee shall use and occupy the premises for Displaying and selling they’re artwork and for no other purpose. Lessee agrees to provide their own tables\, chairs\, and tents as they choose and need. Lessee agrees to be responsible for the safety and security of their property while on the premises and to not hold Lessor liable for any damage\, loss or theft of their property.
