DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our second year putting on this event!  The event will be on August 15th\, 2026 and will run from 10am to 3pm.  Everyone is welcome\, and if you are an artist that would like to show and sell your work\, please register here!  Festival RegistrationName *PhoneEmail Address *Art MediumThis agreement is made between Matt Wheeler for Northern Woods Arts\, whose legal mailing address is 3 Elm St\, Gorham NH 03581\, herein referred to as the “Lessor”\, and the artist\, herein referred to as the “Lessee”. Lessor hereby leases to lessee and lessee hereby hires the space presently known as: Display Booth Space within The Gorham Town Common. The space is located at the Gorham Town Common\, Main St\, Gorham\, NH 03581\, referred to below as the event. The space being leased is approximately 100 square feet. The space is leased for a term of 5 hours\, to commence at 10:00am 8/15/2026 and to continue until 3:00pm 8/15/2026. The cost of this space will be $25 Lessee shall use and occupy the premises for Displaying and selling they’re artwork and for no other purpose. Lessee agrees to provide their own tables\, chairs\, and tents as they choose and need. Lessee agrees to be responsible for the safety and security of their property while on the premises and to not hold Lessor liable for any damage\, loss or theft of their property.
